We originally recorded this song for the We Came to Destroy the Carolinas compilation. We were already recording songs for an Lp that never got released, but we were on a deadline if we wanted on the comp. So we quickly wrote lyrics and finished the one song and called it "Gluttony of the Flesh"
We liked it, but were never really satisfied because we rushed it. So, we decided to give it a make over and a re-record, with new drum tracks, a new lead guitar track, and slightly updated lyrics. It sounded like a completely different song, so we gave it a different name. We liked this version better, but it sounded a bit different than the newer stuff we had written, so we decided to throw it on the end of the album.
