DAWN OF THE CADAVER

Heed the warnings, the threat is real
The dead approaches for their next meal
Exhumed to eat you, no after thoughts
No conscious emotions to make them stop

It feeds on your flesh
They need gnashing teeth ripping meat
Deep tissue
Lacerate the sinew

Gathering your weapons, searching for supplies
Utilizing knowledge to make it through the night
Survival is essential, existence paramount
Let no moral compass bind you, save the ones you care about

It’s said, experience in dread, just to shoot them in the head,
Making sure they’re fucking dead, til you see that gushing red,
Straight decapitated, rotten body putrid, incapacitated
You’ll die before the light hits your face this life erased

Beyond the graves, the lurking fear
Ominous sounds from afar
The living has become the prey
Your way of life is no more
Through night I brave the stalking copse
Insatiable quest for gore
Voracious feast for human flesh
Dawn of the cadaver

Can’t see anymore
Darkness has taken my sweet vision
No Peace
Envious (of) the deceased
They creep

Paralyzed with fear you stand
One must kill but can’t lift a hand
Snapping out of this altered state
Kill or die before it’s too late

They thrive to survive by eating you alive

Tearing fresh with mouths of decay
Charred bodies heaped in a mass grave
Again the rise their backs ablaze
Choking on the dead human haze

Blood red end, violent fiends
Lust for skin, extinction

Looking for salvation only finding salivating
Undead masticating on your body
Dawn of the cadaver, watching bodies splatter
Like it ever really fucking mattered anyway!

Mankind can’t be saved
Return to the grave!
